Websites & AI website assistant · California
Mobile-first sites for HVAC, plumbing, electrical and roofing companies. The assistant answers visitors, asks the questions you would ask, and texts you the lead — nights, weekends, and while you are on a job.

Why this matters
Someone finds you at 7 AM with water coming through a ceiling. If your site hides the phone number, asks nothing useful, or leaves their question unanswered, they move to the next company on the list. You never know it happened.
What you get
A form that asks the right questions. Job type, address, urgency, insurance — the details you need to price the work. The lead that lands in your inbox is one you can quote, not one you have to chase.
Every service, one scan. Visitors see whether you do their job in about two seconds — and the service area is spelled out, so you stop fielding calls from three counties away.
The website
Most contractor sites lose people in the first few seconds: no call button, no license callout, a form that asks nothing useful. Every site I build fixes that on the first screen.
The AI website assistant
Someone lands on your site at 9 PM with a question. The assistant answers it, asks what you would ask, and sends you a lead you can price.
Hours, service area, pricing ranges, licensing, and what you do and do not take on.
Job type, address, urgency and equipment, so the lead arrives priceable instead of vague.
Name, number and details, sent to your email and phone the moment the chat ends.
Flags real emergencies, and knows when to say “call 911” instead of booking a visit.
How it works
Send me your current site, or tell me about your business if you do not have one yet. I show you where it is losing leads.
Twenty minutes on your services, your service area, your pricing ranges, and the questions you always end up asking.
The site and a working assistant trained on your business. You use both, try to break the assistant, and tell me what it got wrong.
On your domain, answering real customers. Billing starts at launch, and I keep tuning the assistant from the conversations it fumbled.
Pricing
Design, build, hosting, edits and support are all in the monthly price. Plans run a 12-month minimum, then continue month to month.
A complete site for your trade
The site, plus an assistant that answers it
For bigger or more connected builds
Billing starts when your site goes live. After the first 12 months, cancel any time with 30 days’ notice. Your domain is always yours, and the site is yours after 36 months.
Questions
There is no build invoice. The design, build and hosting are part of the monthly price, and plans run a 12-month minimum, then continue month to month.
When your site goes live, or 30 days after we start if the site is still waiting on your photos or content — whichever comes first. You sign a short agreement and put a card on file at kickoff, and nothing is charged before then.
After your first 12 months, cancel any time with 30 days’ notice. If you cancel during the first year, the remaining months of that year are due.
Your domain, your text and your photos are always yours. The site itself becomes yours after 36 months on a plan. Leave sooner and you can keep it for a one-time $900 after the first year, or $450 after the second. To own it from day one, choose the $1,800 upfront option.
Email me what you want changed. Small edits — new photos, hours, services, a seasonal promotion — are included in every plan.
It says so and takes a message instead of guessing. You get the contact details and the question, so you can follow up with the real answer. It never invents a price or a promise on your behalf.
Yes. It identifies itself as an automated assistant, and if someone asks whether they are talking to a human, it tells them. I set it up that way on purpose — getting caught pretending is worse than being upfront.
Straight to your email and to your phone as a text, in whatever format you want. If you use a CRM or scheduling tool, it can usually go there too.
Yes, for $149/mo on the same 12-month terms. It drops onto most existing sites without a rebuild. If your site is the real problem, I’ll tell you that instead of selling you both.
It collects availability and hands you a ready-to-confirm request. On a custom plan it can write directly into a connected calendar.
Nothing. The site review is free, and I build a working assistant demo trained on your services before you commit. No card, no contract to see it work.
